The heroic deeds we hear of today do not happen by chance; they are born of dedication, selflessness and an overwhelming commitment to keep the public safe. To honour such Singhams of Ratlam, St. Joseph’s Convent Senior Secondary School organised ‘Gathering of Guardians’ on Saturday 5th January 2019 under the able guidance of S. Nidhi. The honouring ceremony was graced with the auspicious presence of the Ratlam Police Department, Police officials and their entire staff.
Invoking God’s blessings and lighting the traditional lamp, the programme commenced with a series of events and cultural fiesta that did full justice to the heroic life and virtue of today’s heroes.
The gathering of Singhams was escorted by the School Staff for high tea. The programme left an indelible mark in the hearts of the Police officials, Students and Staff. Deeply moved by this gesture of love and recognition, one of the officials said, “The token of love gifted by the SJC Management to the Police officials will always remain in our hearts as a souvenir of this memorable evening.”
