Strong Grip, Strong Bond, Strong Relations

The year “Pilgrimage of Hope” took fourteen of us from the central Region of Tanmaya Province, to Bandra, Mumbai from 6th to 8th June, 2025. It was indeed a wonderful spiritual journey. 

On 7th June, we began our day with the Holy Mass and spent quality time in personal prayer at the Don Bosco Shrine. It was a beautiful opportunity to encounter God’s unconditional love. Praying and reflecting through every relic of the saints became a deeply moving and enriching experience. We prayed for our communities, families, and the entire world.                                                                                       

At 2 PM, we began our pilgrimage to different shrines, visiting several remarkable places. Our hearts were filled with joy as we experienced the togetherness of the group and explored the Divine charm of Mumbai. The places we visited included:

• St. Paul’s Church

• Mount Mary Church

• Hill Road

• Don Bosco Shrine

On 8th June, Sunday, we participated in the Holy Mass at the shrine. Later, we had time to explore nearby places individually, according to our own interests. This journey was not only a blessing but also a powerful experience of reflection, renewal, and spiritual growth. Each step of the pilgrimage offered sacred moments of silence, prayer, and grace. 

The holy places we visited, the stories we heard, and the time we spent in quiet worship touched our hearts and stirred our souls in a profound and unforgettable way. We returned not only with beautiful memories but also with renewed faith, hope, and clarity for the path ahead. We are deeply grateful to our Provincial, Sr. Philomena Pazhooraparambil, and her team for providing us with this opportunity. Special thanks to our coordinators, Sr. Priyanka and Sr. Merlin, for organizing this meaningful program. We also thank Sr. Neha for taking the lead and arranging this beautiful Pilgrimage of Hope at Don Bosco. In the entire journey we experienced, Strong grip, Strong Bond and Strong Relations with the Divine and one another.
