On November 10th, the 2nd day of the chapter began with a votive Mass to the Holy Spirit. At 9:00 a.m., we started the session with a meaningful prayer service, invoking the Holy Spirit to come upon us.
Our resource, Person, Fr Edwin SJ, explained the context of today's world, touching on themes of polarization, populism, and post-truth, challenging each of us to rekindle our spiritual zeal and apostolic vigor.
This inspired us to reflect on our own lives and to break free from the "colonization" of worldly influences. Afterward, we entered into prayer before the Blessed Sacrament, which enlightened and empowered us to deepen our understanding of our spiritual journey.
Following this, members broke into groups to discuss and address the questions proposed by Father. This process inspired us to remain sincere and zealous, encouraging us to reach out and respond to the needs of our times.
The afternoon session resumed with continued discussion. During this time, Fr. Edwin spoke about community life and collaboration, urging us to live the mysticism of encounters.
By the close of the session, at 7:45 p.m., members expressed satisfaction not only with the quality of the discussions but also with the progress made throughout the day.
