Together Around St. Joseph

Tanmaya Province as one family, gathered on 16th March 2023, to be around St. Joseph in a virtual gathering. The splendid evening was marked with a prayer service in view of the Feast of St. Joseph, organized by the members of Communication Commission. All the communities of the province were present enthusiastically. During prayer the acronym of JOSEPH was reflected.
J – Just
O – Obedience
S – Silent
E – Exemplary
P – Prudent
H - Humble

The most endearing moment was when three of our sisters Francina, Vineeta and Parimala shared their personal experience of St. Joseph. Their sharing was focused on “Go to Joseph” thus enriching the gathering to go our Patron Saint in all our needs.
Sr. Philomena our provincial superior conveyed her festal greeting, further she expressed her happiness of being connected at heart in this virtual gathering. She highlighted the words of Pope Francis “St. Joseph is the bright witness in dark times.”
St. Joseph was open to God even in the midst of Life’s crisis. God intervened and transformed crisis into new horizons. God’s plan is infinite but we need to be attuned to the whisperings of God as St. Joseph. With these great insights S. Philomena enlightened and challenged us to renew our commitment each day, thus witnessing the qualities of St. Joseph. As the conclusion Sr. Laveena prayed the miracle prayer of St. Joseph.

The virtual meet concluded with a greeting song sung by S. Archana after which we the sisters greeted each other and spent some free time.
